The
1st ADVENT UK International Awards for Excellence in Business
Management
|
Over 100 Russian businessmen and women hit London on
1st and 22nd November to collect their International
Awardss for Excellence presented by Advent UK, the boutique
Project Platform company leading Russian businesses
into the UK marketplace
Russian companies who have made a marked contribution
to the Russian economy during the fiscal year were
selected for the 1st Advent UK International Awardss
in collaboration with the Moscow Academy of State
and Municipal Management. All industries were represented;
mechanical engineering, mining, chemical, energy,
metals, construction, forestry, agriculture, telecommunications,
transport, retail, banking, and regional authorities
from throughout Russia and CIS countries.

Russo-British VIPs were invited and spoke to the packed
room; Godfrey Cromwell, managing director of the RBCC was
lead speaker, Trevor Barton Vice President of PBN, Christopher
Goodwin at the Russian desk of IFSL, Hugh Humphreys Managing
Director of Delcam PLC, Suparna Malhotra at Interfax, and
Alexis Grabar Director of Avolus...
Patricia Goodenough, President of Advent UK, said "We
at Advent UK have constantly increasing enquiries from Russian
companies wanting us to act as their Project Platform to
approach Western financial institutions to assist with their
expansion, development, project finance, M & A or AIM
projects. These are the next Russian global pioneers following
the heavyweights - don't you hate the term oligarch? - and
we think they deserve recognition. These companies and their
CEOs have emerged through political and financial turmoil,
and with no business models or training have become major
players in a spectacularly short time. Not all are terribly
chic in their day-to-day business tactics compared to European
methods, but our experience is that they learn what works
and what doesn't in Europe pretty quickly, even quicker
if they listen to us! We are laying the groundwork in personal
relationships within Russia for future business partnerships,
and obviously we promote the British advantages!"

Prix International pour l'Excellence

Management à Londres

Les 1er et 22 novembre dernier, ce sont plus d'une centaine
de femmes et d'hommes d'affaires Russes qui sont venus
à Londres pour recevoir leurs Prix ADVENT UK
pour l'Excellence en management.
Ces sociétés Russes qui ont réalisé
une performance remarquable au sein de l'économie
Russe pendant l'année fiscale passée
ont été sélectionnées
pour cette première édition du Prix
ADVENT UK pour l'Excellence en Management en collaboration
avec le "Moscow Academy of State"
et le "Municipal Management". Tous
les secteurs étaient représentés
: ingénieurie mécanqiue, mines, chimie,
énergie, transport, construction, banque, ainis
que des autorités régionales venues
de toute la Russie et des pays de la CEI.

Des VIP ayant une expertise sur les marchés
Russo-Britannique étaient invités à
participer au Prix pour l'Excellence en Management. Godfrey
Cromwell (photo ci-dessus), Directeur Manager de RBCC
a dirigé la présentation, introduisant les
différentes interventions de : Trevor Barton
Vice Président de PBN, Christopher Goodwin
du département Russe de l'IFSL, Hugh Humphreys

de Interfax, et Alexis Grabar Directeur de
Avolus...
Patricia Goodenough, Presidente de ADVENT UK, a déclaré
: "Nous avons chez ADVENT UK constamment développé
l'information sur les sociétés Russes qui
souhaitaient que nous portions leurs projets avec l'approche
financière et institutionnelle de l'Europe occidentale
pour assister ces sociétés Russes dans leurs

notre expérience de ces jeunes sociétés
Russes qu'ils apprennent vite et bien ce qui fonctionne

aujourd'hui du "British Advantage".
