The Limited Company Structure
The share capital authorized for a Limited Company will be £ 1 000 minimum, but the paid up capital will correspond to your contribution. We deliver your company with the two first paid up shares. To allocate the other shares or an increase in share capital can be easily done.
One or more shareholders: an individual or a company of any nationality, who will be registred at companies house. His financial responsability doesn't exceed the paid up capital amount. For more confidentiality we can provide designated sharesholders.
One or more directors : an individual or a company of any nationality who will be manager of the company, financially and legaly responsible for the good conduct of his company. A director can be also shareholder.
An obligatory administrative post : an individual or a company of any nationality with competence required for all formalities with registration of companies.
The company's objects include "all business activities", the only exception are controlled activities such as finance, health, pharmacuticals, etc.You can exercice your activity anywhere in the world.
